Ugh.  Corporate culture around here is such that people forward any kudos they get from their clients to their supervisor and then the supervisor replies to all co-workers so we all know how good so-and-so is.  In reality so-and-so handles only one client and one project at a time so it’s not really hard to keep one client happy while surfing facebook and going for coffee half the day.

Besides, if the client wanted your management and co-workers to know how great you were wouldnt they have sent the email to them themselves?  I get emails like this from my clients (note the ‘s’) but I don’t send them on to manglement.  Should I?

UPDATE: Ugh, the email thread has now devolved to a pile of “We all know how awesome you are…” replies from co-workers.  Seriously, that is a direct quote.  What r-tards I work with.
